Gapura: Journal of Islamic Cosmopolitanism is financially supported by Aliansi Transintegrasi Lektur Agama dan Sains (ATLAS), Indonesia. All operational costs of the journal, including peer review, editing, publishing, maintenance, and archiving, are fully covered by the institution.

Beginning with Volume 1, Issue 1 in June 2026, the journal has introduced Article Processing Charges (APC) to support its operational costs.
